Open and consistent communications to all stakeholders at AOH is a key priority--and communications regarding upcoming project will be no exception.
In an AOHNotify Post last week, there was an announcement about the upcoming renovation project in the building. Over the coming weeks you will see additional communication tools deployed in different areas in the building where and when appropriate.
Key focus areas for communications:
When possible, we will be providing a two-week "look ahead" for the project, to be communicated electronically and/or on paper in the lobby and on AOHNotify
Communications to provide additional awareness at the site of construction activities
Contact information for questions and/or concerns
Provide updates as needed for any unexpected changes, situations, etc.
