As we seek to always be proactive with our communications, please be advised of the following:
There will be work done in the mezzanine for the next several days (that could extend into the end of next week depending on progress) that will involve welding and other related activities.
As a result of this, there may be smells produced from the mezzanine that could travel to other areas of the building. These smells at times may smell like burning, smoke or metal. We want you to be aware as to not alarm you--please rest assured this is a planned activity.
On a related note, indoor air quality is very important to us. We are taking steps to ensure there is increased ventilation throughout areas of construction along with air filters. We will continually reassess the environment and make changes as needed.
