Phase One project work look-ahead for the week of 1/24/2025.
The excitement is building here at Andrus on Hudson.
The first segment of Phase One construction is nearing completion. Hastings-on-Hudson Building Department has issued a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for our brand-new Mezzanine Administrative offices.
On Jan 27th, the long awaited new lobby staircase will finally be visible as the construction crew removes the temporary safety wall used during the stair’s installation.
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler work continues on the 2nd floor “D” wing.
New energy efficient window installation continues on the 2nd floor.
