Over the last several weeks we have implemented numerous measures to protect our residents and now Andrus on Hudson is initiating additional safeguards:
* All Staff within 6 feet of a resident are required to wear masks
* Group dining will be postponed temporarily and no one will be permitted to come down to the lobby to the main dining room -dining will take place in small groups and/or in resident rooms
* Group activities will be re-designed with smaller groups to promote overall well-being
*All rehabilitation/therapy treatments will take place on the units or resident rooms. During this time, we will continue to ensure that the high quality of therapy service provides is not affected
* Residents will not be able to travel outside of their floor (lobby, etc.) except for scheduled salon appointments/visits-- and when that occurs it will be provided in a way that focuses on "social distancing"
*There are no suspected cases of COVID-19 at Andrus on Hudson*
