As part of our goal of modernizing and improving communication systems, we will be replacing our phone system on Tuesday, 8/17. This installation process is expected to last throughout the day and possibly into the evening. The new phone system will enhance and improve ease of use and reliability for staff, residents and loved ones.
During that day there may be issues with connections and other related items, however we anticipate that these issues will be small in terms of time duration with a goal of minimizing any disruptions.

Resident room numbers will have a 1 at the beginning of them -- for example: Room 257 had extension 257 and will now have extension 1257.
