As a reminder, a negative COVID-19 test conducted within the week prior to your visit is required (we also need to receive documentation of the test result). Out of an abundance of caution: for the safety of our residents and staff, please do not visit if you have any symptoms of COVID-19-- regardless of having a negative COVID-19 test result.

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

New loss of taste or smell
