We are pleased to announce that we have received new summary guidance from the NY Department of Health (state and federal regulations) regarding the resumption of visitation--and we are expecting more details from the state by the beginning of next week. We will carefully review that information to ensure we are in compliance with those new and updated rules/regulations (before visitation can resume).
Andrus on Hudson has continually been supportive of efforts to safely and thoughtfully ease restrictions on visitation to the fullest extent possible -- and appreciates the effort of many advocates and public officials to help make that possible.
We are planning on providing an update by Tuesday 2/23 (if the state provides the specific guidance as planned) with more specifics, including the timeline and process-- based on the numerous state and federal requirements we must meet. It is our goal to resume visitation in a safety focused manner as soon as possible.
